Manhattan Location
The PwC New York office is located at 300 Madsion Avenue in New York, NY 10017. It is close to Grand Central Terminal. This is where the Pricewaterhousecoopers US headquarters are located. Tim Ryan who is the US Chairman sits here.
On any given day you will see people wearing casual clothes in this office because of PwC’s new dress code.
PwC has reportedly signed a 17 year lease for 240,000 square feet at Vornado Realty Trust’s 90 Park Ave building. This is only a few blocks away from their current 300 Madison Avenue location. This new building is just south of Grand Central so it will be convenient for their employees’ commutes.
PwC New York has been dealing with space issues recently so this lease makes a lot of sense for them. They’ve been telling their employees to work from home because of the space issues. With this added space they can now have enough space for all their employees.
Client Trainings
PwC New York hosts many trainings for clients in the Pricewaterhousecoopers New York office. Those trainings are held in the Auditorium or in the DEC. The Auditorium is located one floor below the lobby of the building. The DEC is located at the back of the PwC cafeteria. The PwC Cafeteria is located 2 floors beneath the lobby.
