CPA Exam Score Release Q3 & Q4 2017
The Q3 2017 and Q4 2017 CPA score release timetable was recently released. The cpa exam score releases timelines are released twice a year on the AICPA insights page.

NASBA will be releasing CPA exam scores based on the timetable in the tables below. These are just target release dates and actual release dates might differ slightly.
The testing windows are July 1 – September 10, 2017 for the Q3 2017 testing window.
The testing window for Q4 2017 is October 1 – December 10, 2017. The blackout period is from December 10, 2017 to January 1, 2018.
CPA Exam 2017 Q3 Testing Window
All the scores for Q3 2017 have been released at this point. The pass rates for the Q3 2017 CPA test were pretty good.
For the audit section of the CPA exam 52.15% of candidates passed the exam.
For the BEC section of the 2017 CPA test the pass rate was 55.35%.
For the FAR section of the CPA test there was a 47.58% pass rate which is much better than previous quarters and previous years.
The REG section had a pass rate of 49.31% pass rate.
All sections of the CPA exam have experienced a large increase in pass rate. Does this mean that the Q4 2017 CPA test scores will be good as well. We will just have to see once the scores are released in December of 2017.

The next upcoming date is December 22, 2017.
Things to Keep in Mind:
- The dates in the tables above are based on Eastern Standard Time
- The AICPA receives the CPA test files from Prometric testing centers within one day after the CPA exam candidate finishes their test.
- Any exams that are received after the cutoff dates listed above will be released as part of the next CPA exam score release window.
- Certain candidates might receive their BEC test results later than expected due to additional analysis. The additional analysis is necessary because of the written portion of the test.
